Paço das Artes :: São Paulo 2015
O do aplicativo para aparelhos celulares Medo e Confiança é um estudo interdisciplinar para a criação de uma tecnologia interativa que convida o interator a compartilhar uma experiência e/ou uma intervenção urbana relacionada ao tema da violência urbana motivada por intolerância à diferença.*
* Uma versão prototípica foi desenvolvida em São Paulo durante o programa de residência artística do Paço das Artes 2014-2015 e está sendo aperfeiçoada para distribuição gratuita na Apple Store pelo programa de residência artística da Universidad Nacional de Colombia 2016.
O objetivo deste aplicativo é humanizar a experiência de violência urbana através de uma relação sensível com o tema. O usuário é convidado a compartilhar áudios, textos e fotos e a propor ações e/ou intervenções no espaço público.
Neste sentido, a idéia é criar uma memória estética coletiva da violência urbana em diferentes cidades do mundo através do ponto de vista dos seus habitantes.
É baseado na plataforma googlemaps, e permite que o usuário compartilhe conteúdo audiovisual em pontos no mapa. Esses pontos são sensíveis às ferramentas de geolocalização, de modo que o usuário pode apenas ter acesso ao conteúdo desses pontos ao passar em suas proximidades. São no total três funções possíveis: relato, intervenção e info.

The Mobile phone app Fear and Trust is an interactive technology that invites you to share a personal experience and/or an urban intervention related to urban violence motivated by intolerance to the difference. *
* A prototype version has been developed in São Paulo during the Paco das Artes Residency Program 2014-2015 and it is now being improved to free public distribution in Apple Store in the Universidad Nacional de Colombia Residency Program 2016.
The purpose of this app is to humanize the experience with urban violence through a sensible relation with the theme. The user is invited share audio, texts and photos and to propose actions and/or intervention in the public space.
In that sense, the idea is to create a collective and aesthetic memory of the urban violence in the different cities of the world through the point of view of its inhabitants.
It is based in googlemaps and allows the user to post points in the map containing audiovisual data. These points are sensible to the geolocation tools, in a way that the user can only have access to the content of these points by passing close to their locations. It is based in three features: ‘relato’ (report), ‘intervenção’ (intervention) and ‘info’ (more information).

O usuário deve cumprir as seguintes instruções:

Grave um áudio e/ou poste um texto.

Função ‘Intervenção’ :: o usuário é convidado a criar uma intervenção urbana inspirada no tema da violência urbana motivada por intolerância à diferença. Ele pode compartilhar um áudio e/ou fotos e/ou um texto.
O usuário deve cumprir as seguintes instruções:
Escolha a função ‘Intervenção’
Escolha uma data (pode ser no passado, no presente ou no futuro)*
* Futuras ações podem ser agendadas para que outros usuários saibam quando novas intervenções acontecerão na cidade
Escolha um ponto no mapa
Grave um áudio e/ou poste fotos e/ou um texto.

‘Intervenção’ (intervention) :: the user is invited to share an audio and/or a text and/or three photos and can specify a date with a schedule tool. The user responsible for the post chooses whether the other users can have remote access to the content.
The user must simply accomplish the following instructions:
Choose the function ‘Intervenção’
Select a date (can be in the past, present or future)*
* future actions can be scheduled so that other users will know when new urban intervention will happen in the city
Choose a point in the map
Record an audio and/or post up to three photos and/or post a text
‘info’ (more information) :: the user in linked to the blog of the project, where he can have access to texts explaining the conceptual research of the platform.
